The NordicTrack X24 Bike offers a wide range of training options, with inclines up to 20% and declines down to -10%. With 24 resistance levels, users can easily adjust intensity for both recovery and high intensity workouts. The bike also features a 24” pivoting touchscreen for immersive trainer-led workouts and streaming with iFIT. Pedals for the bike are designed for versatility, accommodating both SPD cleats and any type of shoe with straps.
