Yoga Mad Sand Bag

Description

These Yoga-Mad OM yoga 'sandbags' can be used to deepen yoga postures and to enhance stretches. Filled with a pea shingle instead of sand for even weight distribution; the shingle conforms better to your body shape with the additional benefit of not feeling as cold to the skin, or damp during winter.
